Water Conditions: Great flows vary on a daily basis - down to 101 cfs as of 7/11

Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Good to Excellent fishing on the East Walker. The Trico Spinner is best around 9am. Large Caddis hatch around 7 in the evening.

Consistancy has gone out the window this week where one day there's a sizable mayfly hatch in the morning, and some days it's in the late afternoon. One day the fishing can be great, the next it can be pretty difficult. Fish hopper patterns along the banks. Try a big Stimi or a Chernobyl. Some caddis still hanging around but later in the day after the sun goes behind the mountains.
