Pyramid Lake remained near 90 percent of capacity, and fishing has been decent. Bass anglers used finesse baits in deeper water for bites with drop shot, Ned rigs, and jigs getting it done. Most of the fish have been relating to rocky structure. Striper ate cut sardines, anchovies, and bloodworms near the Marina, Yellowbar, and Brazos. A few bigger striper were reported by anglers using Lunker Punkers in the Marina. Trout limits were readily available for anglers using dough baits, minijigs, and Kastmasters near the marina, and catfish ate chicken liver, dip bait, and anchovies just about everywhere in the lake.
