This week at Ming topwater buzzbaits and Whopper Ploppers scored quality bass while jigs and Senkos in watermelon, green pumpkin and brown/purple have gotten the numbers. The bass have been holding in the weed beds, and some anglers reported fish just outside the reeds. Punching and getting a frog super deep into the tullies have been getting larger grade fish. Catfish have been biting cut baits, chicken liver, and SSS Dip Bait at Dusk. Bluegill have been non-stop for anglers fishing any live worm near the weed beds.
