Fishing remained fair at Hart Park with bass anglers working finesse baits to score bites. Texas rigged 6” plastics in darker colors took fish on the slow retrieve. Deep diving crankbaits scored a few bites as well. Bluegill nibbled on redworms, waxworms, and mealworms.

Pyramid Lake, CA: Pyramid Lake remained near 92 percent of its storage capacity, and fishing has been fair to good
Lake Isabella: Fish are in 15 to 25-feet of water and were seeing better quality bass show the last couple weeks
Kern River: Last week the Upper Kern River was stocked in Sections 4, 5 and 6
Lake Kaweah: Kaweah has been on the rise, and it was holding near 15 percent of its storage capacity
Lake Success: Success Lake held near 16 percent of its storage capacity, and fishing has been fair to good
River Walk Lakes: Both lightening and rainbow trout are still showing from the derby
Ming Lake: The CDFW have a scheduled trout plant here this week, it’s there first stocking of the season
Buena Vista Lakes: Another trout plant went into BV, and trout anglers filled stringers with good sized rainbows and lightning trout

for Friday, December 6thCastaic Lake: Anglers reported a fair to good bite for all species
Pyramid Lake, CA: Rainbow trout were the best bet at Pyramid this week
Lake Isabella: The largemouth bite is very good here for better grade fish
Kern River: Here at the Upper Kern, flows have settled back down
Lake Kaweah: The lake rose to 14 percent of its storage capacity, and fishing remained fair
: Lake Success rose to 17 percent of its storage capacity, and fishing has been fair to good
River Walk Lakes: The CDFW have a scheduled trout plant going in here next week
Ming Lake: The crappie bite has been steady the last couple of weeks
Buena Vista Lakes: Anglers reported fair fishing at BV with trout and largemouth as the best bets
Hart Park Lake: Anglers reported fair fishing at Hart Park
Lake Nacimiento: Bass anglers reported a fair to good bite
